For all those wondering what I have been up to, one of my newest Bobby’s has not only been cooking but cooking healthier as well. I gained a lot of weight while off of the grid but since picking my fitness up and eating healthier I’ve lost 30lbs. That’s a 5 year old hahahahahahaha. On the plate today we have a creation of Baby Spring Mix lettuce, spinach, broccoli, broccoli slaw, croutons, craisins, almonds and wasabi Dijon dressing. I encourage all to start a more healthier life and follow me as I show more healthy meals as well as excercise.
